Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
